Aiglon Collège Association is seeking a School Shop Support Assistant for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Chesières. The role includes stock takes, shop preparation, and support for events, with a flexible 10%–20% workload. You will assist students, families, and colleagues and act as an ambassador for the school.

Attendance for stock takes (January/July) and the Essentials Fair is planned in advance. Hours may vary, including mornings/evenings/weekends, and employment starts immediately.

• Have effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
• Be comfortable working with numbers and have basic IT skills.

Aufgaben

• Twice-yearly stock takes – January and July: count merchandise accurately and input quantities clearly.
• Support restocking, merchandising and preparation of the shop for reopening.
• Essentials Fair: set up the fair, move boxes, label stock and assist with displays and invoicing.
• On-call and additional support for events, alumni reunions, and busy periods.
• Follow manager instructions and work cooperatively with the team.
