Job summary

Pandora is seeking a customer-focused sales team member for our Lugano store. You will be the face of Pandora, assisting customers with jewelry selections, offering styling advice, and ensuring every visit becomes a memorable experience.

You should bring a passion for jewelry, a service-oriented mindset, and a willingness to contribute to merchandising and store activities. Experience in retail and English knowledge are a plus for engaging a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong customer focus and relationship building.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• English knowledge helpful for international customers.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting jewelry and provide styling advice in store.
