Zusammenfassung

CLEEVEN is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst to join our Swiss activities in Basel. You will work across HR, IT, data and SAP teams to translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions and ensure data consistency throughout the landscape.

You will gather HR stakeholder requirements, analyse the SAP SuccessFactors data model, and define data mappings, interfaces and migration needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality HRIS solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems or related field.
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments.
• Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a comparable HRIS solution.
• Strong technical understanding of data structures and relational databases.
• Ability to communicate effectively with HR, IT, data and integration teams.

• Gather, analyse and challenge requirements from HR stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Analyse the SAP SuccessFactors data model and related HR objects.
• Understand the relationships and dependencies between HR data entities.
• Assess the impact of changes on existing systems, processes and interfaces.
• Analyse data using SQL queries when required.
• Define business rules, data mappings and transformation requirements.
• Document business processes, data models, interfaces and data flows.
• Collaborate with SAP SuccessFactors, integration, data and architecture teams.
• Support data migration, data reconciliation and data quality activities.
• Prepare and coordinate functional, integration and user acceptance testing.
• Identify data inconsistencies and support their resolution.
• Ensure requirements remain traceable throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support stakeholders during implementation and deployment phases.
