TalentCloud Group Recruitment is seeking an SAP SD In-house Consultant in Bern Region, hybrid work. You will own SAP SD and Order-to-Cash processes across international subsidiaries, optimise integrations and drive standardisation in a regulated medical tech environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of SAP experience, with strong pricing, invoicing, EDI, and SAP integration skills. You will collaborate with global teams and external partners to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions.

• Experience with SAP ECC SD and/or S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of EDI and SAP integration scenarios.

• Supporting, developing and optimising SAP SD / Order-to-Cash processes across the group and international subsidiaries.
• Taking technical ownership within SAP SD and Integration.
• Analysing business requirements and translating them into effective SAP solutions.
• Working extensively with pricing, billing/invoicing and output/message management.
• Supporting and developing EDI integrations with customers, suppliers and logistics partners.
• Designing integrations between SAP and non-SAP applications using SAP Integration Suite / BTP / CPI.
• Analysing interfaces, integrations and end-to-end data flows.
• Supporting SAP changes, projects and international rollouts.
• Handling complex incidents and problems within 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Helping define SAP SD standards, best practices and architecture.
• Collaborating with international business teams, IT colleagues, external SAP specialists and technology partners.

We are supporting a rapidly growing Swiss medical technology company that develops innovative solutions used by people living with chronic health conditions around the world.

The organisation is entering an exciting new phase of its development. Its technology landscape is evolving, systems and processes are being further established, and the SAP team has the opportunity to build, improve and take genuine ownership rather than simply maintain an established environment.

They are now looking for an SAP SD In-house Consultant to take responsibility for SAP SD and Order-to-Cash processes across an international organisation.

What you will be working on

• Supporting, developing and optimising SAP SD / Order-to-Cash processes across the group and international subsidiaries
• Taking technical ownership within SAP SD and Integration
• Analysing business requirements and translating them into effective SAP solutions
• Working extensively with pricing, billing/invoicing and output/message management
• Supporting and developing EDI integrations with customers, suppliers and logistics partners
• Designing integrations between SAP and non-SAP applications using SAP Integration Suite / BTP / CPI
• Analysing interfaces, integrations and end-to-end data flows
• Supporting SAP changes, projects and international rollouts
• Handling complex incidents and problems within 2nd and 3rd level support
• Helping define SAP SD standards, best practices and architecture
• Working within the governance, documentation and quality requirements of a regulated medical technology environment
• Collaborating with international business teams, IT colleagues, external SAP specialists and technology partners

What we are looking for

• Professional experience working with SAP SD
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash, particularly pricing and invoicing
• Experience with SAP ECC SD and/or S/4HANA
• Knowledge of EDI and SAP integration scenarios
• Experience analysing interfaces and data flows
• German at minimum B2/business-proficient level, alongside strong English
• Experience with SAP BTP / Integration Suite / CPI would be particularly valuable.
• Knowledge of SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) or another modern CRM/customer engagement platform would also be useful, but isn't essential if you're interested in developing in this area.
• International SAP project, rollout or system-integration experience would be another advantage.

The ideal profile will probably have around 3-7 years of relevant SAP experience, however we are also interested in speaking with both high-potential candidates with slightly less experience and experienced senior SAP SD specialists who are attracted by the opportunity to take ownership in a growing environment.
