You will optimize cross-functional SAP processes, deliver second/third level support, and implement approved changes from Global Process Owners. Qualifikationen

• University degree in IT or related field.
• At least three years of SAP Sales (SD/CS) experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (rollouts).
• Fluency in English; German or French is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Managing the SAP S/4HANA Sales (SD) application area and ensuring reliable day-to-day operation.
• Ensuring system consistency and interfaces during rollouts and daily operations.
• Supporting end-to-end SAP Sales processes across the order-to-cash cycle.
• Providing third-level support and resolving complex incidents.
• Evaluating change requests for feasibility, risks and standardization.
• Preparing specifications and implementing changes from Global Process Owners.
• Customizing the system and maintaining documentation.
• Preparing and performing functional unit tests and training key users.
