Qualifikationen

• Three years' experience in SAP Sales and Customer Service (SD/CS).
• Knowledge of integrated SAP processes across functions.
• ABAP knowledge is a plus but not required.

Aufgaben

• Manage SAP S/4HANA Sales (SD) and ensure reliable day-to-day operation.
• Ensure system consistency and interfaces during rollouts and daily operations.
• Support and optimize end-to-end SAP Sales processes (order-to-cash).
• Provide third-level support and resolve complex incidents.
• Evaluate change requests for feasibility and risks.
• Prepare technical specs and implement functional changes from Global Process Owners.
• Customize the system and maintain documentation.
• Prepare and perform unit tests, train key users, drive improvements.
