Job summary

Bachem AG is seeking an experienced SAP Solution & Implementation Lead to design and implement SAP solutions for our new GMP manufacturing site in Sisslerfeld. The role is 80-100% and requires deep pharma manufacturing and supply chain expertise with data-driven capabilities.

You will architect scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions across MES, LIMS and shopfloor automation, driving digital innovation while ensuring GxP compliance and governance across the program.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in SAP solution design and implementation.
• ISA-95 integration experience (MES Level 3 / ERP Level 4-5).
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP experience.
• GxP, CFR Part 11, Annex 11, ISO 27001 knowledge.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and improve scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions for manufacturing and supply chain.
• Enable end-to-end processes across production, supply chain and quality in GMP environments.
• Architect cross-system integration across SAP, MES, LIMS and shopfloor automation.
• Drive digital innovation with data-driven, automated processes and SAP Build/AI.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support CSV, risk assessments and audits.
• Engage stakeholders and provide governance across program lifecycles.
