Job summary

Accelleron Industries AG in Baden, Switzerland, is seeking an experienced SAP MM Business Systems Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term assignment focused on Growth Support. You will act as a central interface between business functions, Power Users, and IT to ensure stable SAP MM operations as the business grows.

You will own SAP MM tickets, perform testing, coordinate changes, and contribute to S2P harmonization and data governance across divisions, reporting to the Head of Value Chain Planning &

Qualifications

• University degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP MM experience in a global/industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of S2P and SAP MM including purchasing and inventory.
• Experience with SAP interfaces, IDoc/EDI troubleshooting, and testing.
• Proficient in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Secure operational continuity across SAP MM processes and resolve tickets.
• Coordinate end-to-end SAP MM change requests with IT, Procurement, Planning, and Finance.
• Prepare functional and regression testing; validate data and track defects.
• Troubleshoot SAP MM interface/IDoc errors and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support Growth initiatives by translating requirements into scalable SAP MM solutions.
• Own improvement work packages, harmonizing S2P workflows and data governance.
• Provide clear documentation, user guides, and training to users.
