Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD and Order-to-Cash projects, rollouts, and enhancements from requirements through deployment.
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP S/4HANA Sales processes (order management, pricing, billing, EDI).
• Translate business requirements into sustainable SAP solutions aligned with global template.
• Develop using ABAP techniques and ensure integration with FI, MM, CRM, and other modules.
• Mentor colleagues, share knowledge, and advise key users and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with IT, sales, and finance; travel up to 20%.

In this role you will be managing a vast number of different projects, ranging from small local process improvements to big global system roll-outs. Besides a solid technical understanding, we are looking for somebody who has the necessary communication and influencing skills to be successful in this job. The role is based at our global HQ in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. **Your main tasks*** Leading SAP SD and Order-to-Cash projects, rollouts, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives from requirements through deployment and hypercare* Designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA Sales processes, including sales order management, pricing, shipping, billing, intercompany processing, output management, and EDI* Translating business requirements into sustainable functional and technical solutions aligned with the global template and SAP clean-core principles* Developing and enhancing solutions using modern ABAP techniques, including ABAP Objects, enhancement frameworks, CDS views, OData services, and APIs* Ensuring reliable integration with SAP and non-SAP solutions, including FI, MM, PP, WM, CRM, MES, WMS, e-commerce platforms, and customer portals* Cross-functional project management and close collaboration with IT, sales, finance a.o.* Mentoring colleagues, sharing knowledge, and providing expert guidance to key users and business stakeholders.4 **Your profile*** Higher education in a relevant discipline (IT, economics, etc.)* At least 6-8 years of practical experience in a similar role (in-house or on agency side), deep SAP knowledge in relevant modules and applications* Above-the-average project and change management experience* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to accurately assess complex interactions and dependencies* Strong influencing skills, ability to communicate effectively with different functions and on all levels* Curious and proactive learner who follows SAP innovations and challenges established ways of working constructively.* Readyness to travel up to 20%* Fluent English required, knowledge of German a plus No agencies please, candidates are kindly asked to apply directly, thank you!
