Jobtailor in Bern, Switzerland seeks an experienced SAP Authorization Manager to own end-to-end authorization design and operation. You will define role models, ensure SoD compliance, and lead SAP GRC projects across IT and business units.

You will administrate users/roles with PFCG/SU01/SU10, address root-cause authorization issues, and collaborate with IT Security and Internal Audit to maintain audit-proof documentation. Fluency in German is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in SAP authorization management, with hands-on knowledge of PFCG, SU01 and authorization objects.
• Proven ability to design and build SAP role models beyond operational support.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA authorizations and differences from ECC is advantageous.
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM) is an advantage, not required.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end SAP authorization management from design to operation.
• Act as SME on access, SoD and compliance.
• Develop, maintain and evolve the SAP authorization concept across the organization.
• Define role models, naming conventions and authorization standards.
• Ensure SoD and audit-proof compliance, including support for audits.
• Build and maintain single and composite SAP roles in S/4HANA.
• Administer users and roles using PFCG, SU01, SU10.
• Analyze and remediate authorization issues from traces to root cause.
• Lead or contribute to authorization projects including S/4HANA migrations.
• Implement or advance SAP GRC Access Control deployments.
• Manage external partners in authorization projects.
• Collaborate with business units, HR, Internal Audit and IT Security.
