Job summary

Abbott AG, Headquartered in Allschwil-Basel, seeks a Finance Systems Analyst to administer and optimize EPD’s finance planning and reporting systems, with a focus on SAP Analytics Cloud. You will ensure data integrity, governance, and system readiness for planning and reporting processes.

You will collaborate with Finance and IT across a global organization, drive improvements, and support month-end activities with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, Business Admin, or related field.
• Experience with SAC or similar planning/reporting platforms.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
• Experience with master data management and user access administration is a plus.
• Global/matrix environment experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication; other languages are assets.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support finance planning and reporting systems, focusing on SAC and related applications.
• Support month-end close activities with data validation and reconciliations.
• Maintain finance master data and organizational hierarchies for accuracy.
• Prepare systems and reporting structures for planning cycles.
• Investigate and resolve user/business support tickets with IT.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Manage user access lifecycle: creation, modification, and recertification.
• Create training materials and deliver system training to users.
• Drive automation, standardization, and process optimization.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Financial Systems, especially SAC.
• Ensure data quality and governance compliance in the systems.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders globally.
• Operate independently while identifying efficiency improvements.
