Sigmalis Talent Services, part of the Sigmalis group, is seeking a Salesforce Functional and Technical Consultant in Switzerland. The role covers Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud with a 50% activity rate, focusing on improving CRM processes, personalisation, and campaign automation.

You will manage functional, technical, and governance aspects across Salesforce platforms, implement automated workflows, and mentor teams while ensuring GDPR/LIPAD compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent required.
• Proven Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud experience.
• Experience with automation, journeys, and campaigns.

Aufgaben

• Handle functional, technical, and organizational aspects of Salesforce platforms.
• Set up and optimize Marketing Cloud campaigns and audience segmentation.
• Implement and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud workflows and dashboards.
• Manage governance, naming conventions, and documentation.
• Provide user support and training for internal teams.
• Ensure GDPR and security/compliance considerations.
