Netstal Maschinen AG in Näfels invites a committed Controller Sales & Operations/Deputy Head of Controlling to join our team. You will partner with Sales & Operations, ensure budget adherence, and analyze revenue, costs, and margins across the production chain.

You bring solid controlling skills, enjoy collaboration, and drive forecasting, reporting, and tool enhancement in a dynamic, Swiss manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Commercial training with federal diploma or expert in accounting & controlling or business studies (university/technical college).
• Several years of controlling experience, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Experience in production costs, contribution margins, budgeting, forecasting, reporting.
• Very good knowledge in financial/operational accounting and cost accounting.
• Proficient in ERP, BI, and Excel (SAP, Qlik).
• Communicative & with noticeable joy in collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Business partner for the Sales & Operations areas, ensuring budget compliance.
• Analysis of revenue, production costs, and margins.
• Monitoring and reporting of order intake and revenue.
• Cost center analyses as well as identification of risks and definition of countermeasures.
• Budget and forecast support, as well as reporting and further development of controlling tools.
