Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is seeking a safeguarding professional to strengthen the Safeguarding Unit within the Geneva context. The Case Management Lead will oversee complaints and reports, including abuse, fraud, and corruption, and coordinate with field teams to ensure timely, high‑quality responses.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or equivalent in a field relevant to safeguarding/organizational sciences/psychology or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in MSF programs or comparable NGOs; experience in safeguarding or related investigations is a plus.
• Fluency in at least two of French, English, Arabic, or Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Bring in external expertise to analyse safeguarding needs with departments and field teams.
• Lead development of guidance, policies, and learning content at OCG level to strengthen capacity.
• Apply pedagogical approaches to safeguarding content for diverse roles.
• Consolidate knowledge on prevention, detection and reporting of abuse into practical tools and coaching modules.
