Jobgether is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to troubleshoot complex issues across databases, applications, and infrastructure in a live SaaS environment. This remote role supports enterprise clients and involves SQL diagnostics, incident response, and collaboration with engineering to maintain high reliability.

You will gain hands-on exposure to Microsoft technologies (Azure, SQL Server, .NET, Angular) and grow toward senior support, DevOps, or engineering-focused roles.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in technical support within a SaaS or software environment.
• Strong SQL skills to query production data, troubleshoot data issues, and support root-cause analysis.
• Production application support experience for web-based services where availability and reliability are critical.
• Cross-layer troubleshooting across databases, applications, and networks.
• Remote server access experience using RDP or similar tools.
• Strong English communication to explain technical issues clearly to clients and teams.
• Initiative and ownership: self-starter who takes responsibility for investigations and improvements.
• Preferred: French and/or Spanish language skills; familiarity with SSO protocols (SAML/OAuth); experience with distributed remote teams; exposure to Jira, SQL Profiler, Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot production issues across database, application, and infrastructure layers in a live SaaS environment.
• Write and execute SQL queries to investigate system behavior and perform root-cause analysis.
• Monitor production environments, identify bottlenecks, and implement preventive measures.
• Communicate findings to enterprise clients and coordinate troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with engineering to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Utilize monitoring, logging, and diagnostics to maintain system reliability.
• Improve troubleshooting documentation and internal support workflows.
• Support cross-stack systems including Azure, SQL Server, .NET, Angular; investigate SSO and payment integrations.
