Job summary

Bell Food Group is seeking a skilled supply chain planner to manage the operational S&OE process and coordinate cross-functional discussions with planners and IT. You will lead discussions under pressure to reach binding decisions and ensure high-quality planning results.

You will drive SAP IBP-based operational planning, maintain base data quality, and interface SAP IBP with SAP ERP to keep planning consistent.

Qualifications

Basic commercial training with relevant further education in economics, supply chain management, IT or a comparable field.
Several years’ practical experience in supply planning using SAP IBP (Supply Planning) within a manufacturing company.
Proven experience in leading and facilitating S&OE and operational planning processes.
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI.

Responsibilities

Manage the operational S&OE process and regularly coordinate cross-functional discussions with planners and specialist IT departments.
Present planning results, pose and answer critical questions, and reconcile differing interests to reach binding decisions.
Responsible for operational planning in SAP IBP and ensure the quality and feasibility of the planning results.
Identify capacity, material and supply risks at an early stage and initiate appropriate countermeasures.
Monitor the quality and maintenance of planning-relevant base data and drive its continuous improvement.
Work at the interface between SAP IBP and SAP ERP and ensure the consistency of the planning basis.
