Loki in Zürich, Switzerland is looking for a Testing Engineer to build the organizational testing pipeline for our robotics product. You will operate at the intersection of hardware, software, and operations, pushing systems to failure and driving improvements across teams.

You will lead test jobs, design rigs, and create environments that challenge our system while collaborating with hardware and software engineers. This role is on-site and full-time.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years building robotics systems in professional settings across hardware and software.
• Linux fluency including bash, containers, systemd, networking.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to manage robot operators.
• Excellent organizational skills to navigate noisy environments.
• High agency to drive rapid improvements.

Aufgaben

• Define testing processes to surface edge-case issues.
• Design testing rigs and mock environments to increase coverage.
• Manage a team of robot operators running planned test jobs.
• Build systems to improve feedback loops between testing and R&D.
• Contribute to engineering solutions across hardware and software.
• Plan and oversee release testing and manage hardware/software releases.
