• Coordinate robot deployment schedules and readiness.
• Serve as primary operational contact for stakeholders.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of operators.
• Ensure delivery against quality and performance targets.
• Coordinate robot deployment schedules and operational readiness.
• Manage incident escalation and resolution processes.
