Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or several years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluent in English and German is required.
• Ambition and strong work ethic.
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to travel up to 70%.
• Sales degree is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Case Support - be a resource to the surgical team by providing guidance, insight, and training on the use of the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Product Demonstrations/In-Services - Lead all technical in-services for customers to include OR staff, surgeons, etc.
• Selling Activities - Help influence behavior change in customers through product demonstrations, in-services, OR selling activities, and customer trainings.
• Customer Support - Coordinate regional sales and marketing development events to create system awareness and procedure adoption.
• Administrative Duties - Manage reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes, expense reports, and ISU modules.
• Act as a Medical Device Consultant in Austria and Germany after training, as per legal requirements.
