Pictet Group in Geneva is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join the Risk & Compliance Data Office. You will translate regulatory needs into robust data products, own end-to-end data pipelines, and deliver analytics, dashboards and reports that help management monitor risk and compliance.

The role emphasizes modern data architectures, cloud platforms and continuous improvement; SQL and Python expertise, Snowflake experience, and strong stakeholder communication in French and English

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant field; FRM/CFA a plus.
• At least five years in a high-impact data role (data engineering/analytics/AI/ML).
• Expert-level SQL and Python; design and orchestration of modern ETL/ELT workflows.
• Experience with Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of risk management, compliance, banking operations and regulatory reporting is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Translate strategic goals and regulatory requirements into robust data products, analytics, dashboards and reports.
• Act as a trusted data advisor to stakeholders, translating requirements into technical specs.
• Own end-to-end data initiatives from source to executive insight and measurable value.
• Design and roll out executive-ready metrics and dashboards suitable for regulatory review.
• Modernise legacy logic by migrating to cloud architectures and innovative approaches (AI/automation).
• Ensure data quality and governance in line with the group framework.
• Handle high-volume, time-sensitive ad hoc requests and complex regulatory reports.
