Job summary

LGT Capital Partners AG in Pfäffikon SZ is seeking a data-driven RFP Analyst to support client materials and investor communications. You will handle data across funds, performance, portfolios and firm-level data, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

The role bridges data workflows with the PACS team and uses AI tools to enhance content and processes. You will work with RFPs, RFIs and DDQs, collaborating with business development and investment teams, while maintaining deadlines and high-quality

Qualifications

• University degree in quantitative finance, finance, business analytics, economics or a related field.
• CFA, CAIA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Minimum two years of experience in data analysis, ideally in investor relations/RFPs.
• Excellent written English; French/German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of analytical inputs used in RFPs, RFIs and DDQs and format data from multiple sources.
• Manage RFP/RFI/DDQ processes within deadlines.
• Generate high-quality, tailored responses and improve standard content library.
• Collaborate with business development, investment management and other teams to ensure accurate responses.
• Translate investor relations needs into clear data requirements for timely delivery.
• Operate as power user of the RFP platform and AI-assisted tools to improve data quality and process efficiency.
