GUESS? India Private Limited is seeking an Allocation Analyst to support the Retail Allocation Team in meeting sales targets through effective distribution and stock management.

You will analyze sales and stock performance for focused product groups and stores to improve allocation. You will implement distribution strategies using tools like Arthur Allocation, Armonica and Stealth, and ensure timely stock flows by collaborating with the Retail Allocation Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field.
• Languages: fluent English, another language will be considered a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel).
• Fast learner, analytical mindset, adapt to changes and work under pressure.
• Excellent execution, high respect of deadlines, good level of proactivity and organization.
• Team player, ability to work independently and customer oriented.

Aufgaben

• Support the allocation strategies for the product assigned with accuracy and by maintaining stock level based on actual results and variance versus historic and forecast.
• Assist the Planning & Allocation team in system maintenance with the respect of deadlines.
• Ensure the right balance of product in stores within their respective gender/category.
• Responsible for weekly/monthly stores stock holding for the specified group of stores and styles.
• Collaborates with Retail Allocation Manager to ensure effective communication leading to the controlled and timely flow of stock.
• Provide analysis to Planning and Buying team regarding performance of product/stores in order to improve processes and take quick decisions to maximize sales.

Support and assist the Retail Allocation Team in the allocation activities to help meet or exceed sales opportunities (targets) with all strategies.

Analyze sales and stock performance for specific group of products and stores to improve allocation

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Accountable to the Retail Allocation Manager, support the allocation strategies for the product assigned with accuracy and by maintaining stock level based on actual results and variance versus historic and forecast
