Zusammenfassung

DT Concept SA is seeking a Site Manager (80-100%) to oversee construction sites across Vaud, Fribourg and Valais from coordination with contractors to handover. The role requires a 30 km radius residence from Fenil-sur-Corsier and at least 3 years in a similar role with an architectural draughtsperson CFC and a French-speaking background.

The candidate should have ArchiCad familiarity and knowledge of SIA standards, plus a driving licence (category B).

Qualifikationen

• Must be a native French speaker.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Residence within 30 km of Fenil-sur-Corsier location.
• Knowledge of SIA standards and construction regulations in French-speaking Switzerland.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with on-site companies to manage construction sites.
• Prepare and verify tenders and participate in tender meetings.
• Monitor costs and budgets across sites.
• Oversee technical drawings and ensure deadlines and quality of execution.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely handover of works.
