DT Concept SA is seeking a Site Manager (80-100%) to oversee construction sites across Vaud, Fribourg and Valais from coordination with contractors to handover. The role requires a 30 km radius residence from Fenil-sur-Corsier and at least 3 years in a similar role with an architectural draughtsperson CFC and a French-speaking background.

The candidate should have ArchiCad familiarity and knowledge of SIA standards, plus a driving licence (category B).

Qualifikationen

Site Manager

DT Concept SA, an architectural and site management office based in Fenil-sur-Corsier, is looking for a site manager at 80% - 100% to oversee its construction sites in the cantons of Vaud, Fribourg and Valais, from coordination with contractors to the handover of the works.

Your mission

Attached to our office, you will be responsible for monitoring our construction sites located in the cantons of Vaud, Fribourg and Valais. In this capacity, you will ensure:

• Coordination with the companies involved on the sites
• Preparation and verification of tenders
• Participation in tender meetings
• Cost control and budget monitoring of the sites
• Technical drawing work
• Monitoring the progress of the work and ensuring deadlines and quality of execution are met

Your profile

• Architectural draughtsperson CFC (required)
• ES diploma (major asset)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Native French speaker
• Resident within 30 km maximum of Fenil-sur-Corsier
• Good command of common IT tools; proficiency in ArchiCad is an asset
• Knowledge of SIA standards and construction regulations in French-speaking Switzerland
• Category B driving licence mandatory
• Rigour, organisational skills and ability to manage several sites simultaneously
• Good interpersonal skills and a strong negotiating spirit with the various stakeholders
• Autonomy and initiative
