Prendre Soin et Accompagner Residences (RPSA) seeks a Social Worker - Head of Resident Management Service to lead the social, administrative and financial management of residents’ affairs. The role includes supervising a small team and collaborating with professionals across the institution.

You will assess residents' needs, mobilize resources, and ensure rights and dignity are upheld, while coordinating with external bodies. French proficiency is essential, and the position is based in Geneva.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work from HES-SO with a Social Service option.
• 7–10 years of professional experience in the social field.
• Experience in supporting elderly people or in a medico-social environment is an asset.
• Knowledge of the Geneva social network.
• Experience coordinating or supervising a team.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.

Aufgaben

• Oversee administrative, social and financial management of residents’ affairs while safeguarding their rights and autonomy.
• Supervise and coordinate a small team under the service director.
• Assess residents’ social, financial, and care needs on entry and during stay; identify risks and resources.
• Collaborate with protection authorities, curators and external partners to access resources.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper maintenance of social files and documentation.
• Coordinate integration and discharge processes to ensure continuity of social support.
