DeepMind in London or Zürich is seeking a Research Engineer for Gemini Omni to advance diffusion models and multimodal understanding. You will prototype, train, and deploy scalable AI systems, collaborating across teams to turn research ideas into real-world impact.

We expect strong ML knowledge, experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow, and a proven ability to apply research to production-grade data pipelines and large-scale model training while upholding safety and ethics.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in CS, math, stats, ML or equivalent.
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
• Industry experience taking projects from PoC to production.
• Experience with training diffusion models.
• Proven track record in applied research.
