Triwill Group is seeking a Web3 Product Manager based in Switzerland for a fully remote role. You will own and grow a crypto-native product portfolio, leading discovery, strategy, planning, and delivery across user-facing Web3 experiences.

The ideal candidate has 6–8+ years in product management within payments/e-commerce/fintech with hands-on Web3 exposure, and a proven ability to ship products with measurable impact.

Qualifikationen

• 6–8+ years of product management experience in payments, e-commerce, consumer technology, or fintech with ownership of user-facing products from discovery through delivery.
• Shipping products with meaningful user adoption and measurable business impact.
• 1–3 years of practical Web3 exposure.
• 3+ years of end-to-end ownership of user-facing products.
• Hands-on understanding of payments and checkout experiences.
• Familiarity with wallet experiences across desktop and mobile; onboarding friction and trust considerations.
• Strong product judgment and UX sensibility; balance speed, quality, usability, and business impact.

Aufgaben

• Own product discovery, strategy, planning, prioritization, and delivery for crypto-native, user-facing products and features.
• Conduct direct user research to understand workflows, pain points, and expectations.
• Translate user and business needs into clear product specifications, requirements, acceptance criteria, and roadmaps.
• Manage the product backlog and work with engineering and design to deliver end-to-end.
• Make informed blockchain-related decisions using data and practical considerations over hype.
• Coordinate product initiatives across engineering, design, compliance, marketing, support, and operations.
• Represent the product in the crypto ecosystem through communities, events, and conferences.
• Measure product performance and iterate based on adoption, conversion, retention, revenue, and feedback.
