• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a hands-on role.
• Strong background in UX research and requirements gathering.
• Experience in hybrid environments (waterfall + agile).
• Practical knowledge of prioritization and decision frameworks (RICE, RACI, etc.).
• High ownership, self-drive, and ability to structure complexity.

Aufgaben

• Lead hands-on discovery and UX research (interviews, usability testing, journey mapping) and translate insights into clear, outcome-driven problem statements.
• Structure and interrogate problem spaces using approaches like Opportunity Solution Trees and sharp, outcome-focused questioning to uncover root causes.
• Own end-to-end requirements definition, translating business and user needs into clear, actionable product specifications with full traceability from problem → requirement → solution.
• Prioritize transparently and adaptively, applying structured frameworks (RICE, value vs. effort) and making well‑reasoned decisions even with incomplete information.
• Partner closely with engineering and design to ensure shared understanding, reduce ambiguity through structured inputs, and stay involved during delivery to clarify and unblock quickly.
• Drive alignment across business, tech, and operations stakeholders in a pragmatic, solution-oriented way, using tools like RACI to clarify ownership.
• Support planning, refinement, and progress tracking while operating effectively in a hybrid, non‑pure agile, evolving setup.
