GrowTally is a social media management agency seeking creative, camera-confident UGC creators and influencers to join our fully remote team. You’ll produce authentic, scroll-stopping content that helps brands connect with audiences at scale.

You’ll craft short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, stay on top of trends, and collaborate with our strategy team to bring campaigns to life. A portfolio of your work is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience creating UGC or influencer-style content
• Confidence and a natural presence on camera
• A strong understanding of social media trends and short-form video
• Basic self-filming and lighting skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
• A portfolio or samples of your content

Aufgaben

• Create authentic user-generated content, including talking-head videos, product demos, and lifestyle clips
• Front original short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Develop content ideas and hooks that align with each brand’s voice and audience
• Collaborate with our content and strategy team to bring campaigns to life; stay current on trends, sounds, and formats that drive engagement
• Deliver content on schedule and to a consistently high standard
