Qualifications

Finance, economics, or financial mathematics degree required.
Master's, MBA, or PhD is a strong plus.
Experience in risk management and regulatory frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

Advise risk departments on strategic, regulatory, and financial matters.
Apply Basel III/IV, CRR, MaRisk, and DORA within risk controlling frameworks.
Develop governance structures and control mechanisms for risk management.
Design and implement risk and valuation models delivering client value.
Provide robust project leadership and drive cross-functional teams to deliver on time and budget.
Build strong client relationships and lead workshops or training sessions.
Monitor market trends and translate insights into practical solutions.
