Medtronic plc is seeking a Sales Specialist for Operating Room Essentials to cover BE, SO, JU, NE, FR, VD, VS, GE. The role is field-based with a home office anchor, requiring regular client contact and occasional office presence for trainings and meetings.

You will develop customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive commercial activities across these regions, leveraging your medical/technical/commercial background and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Formation dans un domaine médical, technique ou commercial, ou équivalent.
• Autonomie et esprit entrepreneurial.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.
• Maîtrise du français et de l’allemand, bon niveau d’anglais.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage existing client portfolio and identify new business opportunities in Operating Room Essentials.
• Consolidate existing strategic partnerships and contribute to sustainable growth.
• Coordinate and deliver training for various client contacts.
• Support product launches and client presentations.
