Slipstream Co is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Veeva CRM to lead client engagements, focusing on end-to-end delivery of CRM implementations and enhancements for life sciences clients. You will balance scope, schedule, budget and stakeholder needs while serving as the main client point of accountability.

The role requires strong CRM delivery experience in regulated industries and the ability to drive programs remotely from Switzerland.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level degree required in a related field.
• PMP certification and/or Masters degree preferred.
• 8+ years of overall project management experience.
• 4+ years managing CRM implementations (Veeva CRM or comparable).
• 3+ years in life sciences/pharma recommended.
• Strong leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines and cross-functional teams.
• GxP compliance and FDA validation knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery for Veeva CRM and related platform implementations.
• Serve as primary client contact, align cross-functional teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and reporting; mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with solution architects, business analysis, and configuration teams to meet requirements.
• Manage scope, changes, and financials; escalate issues as needed.
• Facilitate governance activities: steering committees, reviews, milestones.
• Ensure CRM deliverables meet GxP compliance and FDA validation readiness.
• Build client relationships and position Slipstream as a strategic partner.
• Mentor junior teams and contribute to internal best practices.
