Zusammenfassung

AO Foundation is seeking a Project Coordinator for its digital community platform (myAO) with 80% workload. You will ensure a vibrant, well-governed, member-centric community that enhances AO’s mission through education, innovation, and collaboration.

The role requires 2–3 years in community management or project coordination, with strong English and familiarity with SaaS community tools. It offers flexibility in working hours and location and support for ongoing education.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Media, Community Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Certifications in project coordination, community management, or digital platforms are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily activity on the myAO platform, enforce governance, escalate issues as needed.
• Manage member queries, support requests, and provide professional responses.
• Implement content moderation policies and governance frameworks in coordination with the Senior Project Manager.
• Onboard and develop group admins and moderators with tools and guidelines.
