Zusammenfassung

LGT Capital Partners AG in Pfäffikon, Switzerland, is seeking a Paralegal for structuring and fund formation across Ireland, Luxembourg, Cayman Islands, USA and other jurisdictions. You will support legal structuring, onboard new investment vehicles and coordinate service providers.

The role requires paralegal education or 2 years of relevant experience, excellent English, a concise and diligent style, and the ability to work in a dynamic, international team.

Aufgaben

• Incorporating investment vehicles mainly in Ireland, Luxembourg, the Cayman Islands, USA and other jurisdictions.
• Coordinating service level agreements and onboarding processes for all new investment structures with both internal and external service providers.
• Updating relevant legal documentation to ensure regulatory and tax compliance.
• Updating the internal data base with information on all Private Equity investment vehicles.
• Administering internal management committees.
