Zusammenfassung

LGT Capital Partners AG is seeking a Paralegal for structuring and fund formation (100%). The role focuses on legal structuring, fund formation, and coordination across multi-jurisdictional vehicles, in an international setting.

Responsibilities include updating documents, overseeing onboarding and SLAs, and maintaining investment vehicle databases within a dynamic Private Equity environment. Strong English skills and proactive collaboration are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Paralegal education or 2+ years of paralegal experience.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.
• Concise and diligent working style.
• Great team-player with ability to work independently.
• Proactive in a dynamic and international work environment.

Aufgaben

• Incorporating investment vehicles mainly in Ireland, Luxembourg, the Cayman Islands, USA and other jurisdictions.
• Coordinating service level agreements and onboarding processes for new investment structures with internal and external service providers.
• Updating legal documentation (offering documents, simple agreement updates, RFPs) for regulatory and tax compliance.
• Updating internal database with information on Private Equity investment vehicles.
• Administering internal management committees.
