Qualifikationen

• Commercial basic training with a comparable qualification.
• Medical training or further education (as MPA, Medical Secretary H+ or comparable).
• Experience in assessing medical risks, ideally in health insurance.
• Several years of leadership experience and team development.
• Analytical, decisive, strategy- and solution-oriented.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills; cross-department collaboration.

• Lead the application review team professionally and personally.
• Oversee medical risk assessment for private and corporate clients; enforce disclosure obligations.
• Manage annual risk controls for private clients and ensure ongoing development.
• Contribute to risk assessment systems; oversee new software introduction and testing.
• Participate in projects and represent the application review, collaborating with stakeholders.
