Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content: articles, newsletters, Teams posts, SharePoint pages, LinkedIn posts, photos and videos.
• Manage and improve communication channels and campaigns.
• Support events, learning sessions and community activities.
• Produce communication performance reports and derive insights from analytics.
• Design presentations and visual assets with modern digital tools.
• Monitor trends and explore AI-powered communication formats.
