Jobgether seeks an Interim Head of Information Security for a 4–6 month engagement in Switzerland. Lead security strategy, drive secure-by-design practices, and partner with Engineering, IT, Legal, and Compliance to embed security across development and operations.

This role includes preparations for PCI-DSS and SOC 2 audits and requires strong leadership of a small team. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in information security or security engineering, with cloud/SaaS experience and excellent

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Information Security or Security Engineering
• Experience with software development organizations
• Understanding of PCI-DSS and SOC 2
• Experience with cloud-based or SaaS environments
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Leadership experience in small teams

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the organization’s information security posture with measurable KPIs
• Define and evolve the security strategy aligned with business priorities
• Partner with Engineering to embed security in SDLC and operations
• Establish security standards, policies, and guardrails
• Prepare for regulatory and audit requirements (PCI-DSS, SOC 2)
• Strengthen threat detection and logging across apps and infra
• Evaluate security tech and support build-vs-buy decisions
• Advise stakeholders and engage with customers, partners, auditors
• Lead and develop a small security team
