Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Switzerland seeks a roster – Senior ICT/Digital Consultant to contribute to digital transformation initiatives across the Americas region. The role involves research, policy analysis, content development, training design, and stakeholder engagement in telecommunications, spectrum management, cybersecurity, and related areas.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ICT policy, strong regional knowledge, and fluency in English or Spanish.

Qualifications

• University degree in Telecommunications, ICTs, Law, Economics, Public Affairs, International Relations, International Development, Management, Engineering, Political Science or related field.
• Five+ years of professional experience in ICT policy, regulatory frameworks, and market analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Americas telecoms/ICT landscape and policy environment.
• Understanding of regulation, digital transformation, and market trends.
• Experience designing training content and delivering capacity building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English or Spanish.
• Proven coordination and collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to present technical information to varied audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish or English.
• Proactive, adaptable, results-oriented consultancy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and advisory support for ICT policy initiatives aligned with programme objectives.
• Research and analyse telecommunications policies and regulatory frameworks in the Americas.
• Develop policy briefs, technical documents, and presentations.
• Conduct research, interpret data, and communicate findings to policymakers.
• Design training materials and deliver capacity-building activities.
• Contribute to spectrum management, cybersecurity, digital applications, and emergency telecom initiatives.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
• Prepare high-quality reports and documentation with clear insights.
• Engage with regional and international partners in meetings and discussions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support programme delivery.
