Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Trial Psych Rater who will work remotely to support German-speaking clinical assessments. The role focuses on reviewing scales, guiding methodology, and supporting rater performance through mock interviews.

Requirements include a Master's or higher in a related field, at least 3 years in psychiatric assessments and clinical research with CNS trial exposure, and fluent English with native-level German. Flexible remote collaboration and monthly workload of 10–16 hours.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work or equivalent; MD/DO/PhD preferred.
• Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, or structured interviews (e.g., MINI, MADRS, CAPS, PCL-5, CGI, PANSS, AIMS, BARS, LSAS, PGI-S).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• Minimum 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials (excluding graduate/doctoral research).
• Experience in CNS trials is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all required orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions, ensuring all relevant documents and scale items are available.
• Conduct live interactions with raters to provide feedback and guidance on assessment methodology and scoring.
• Complete assigned tasks and rater interactions according to schedule.
• Submit all required documentation accurately and on time.
