Qualifications

• Current or recent experience as a sell-side Equity Research Analyst or Associate.
• Experience publishing research reports, ratings, price targets, earnings notes, or coverage initiations for public companies.
• Strong financial analysis, analytical rigor, and industry expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate and synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Experience working with institutional clients and published sell-side research standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in expert interviews covering sell-side research methodologies and workflows.
• Test and evaluate AI-powered financial research tools for usability, coverage, and analytical quality.
• Review AI-generated financial content for accuracy, depth, and industry relevance.
• Assess how AI tools can be integrated into traditional equity research workflows.
• Document observations, recommendations, and actionable feedback.
• Provide clear written and verbal feedback to project teams.
