Synthires is seeking experienced Equity/Investment Research Analysts for a remote contractor role to support a project focused on financial analysis, modeling, valuation and sector research. You will review real-world equity research workflows and help improve how AI systems analyze financial markets.

No prior AI experience is required—your equity research expertise is what matters. Strong ownership of company models and written research is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in equity research with ownership of company models and written research.
• Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
• Strong financial modeling, earnings analysis, valuation, and peer benchmarking skills.
• Ability to connect business drivers, financial outcomes, and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one industry sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing and defending investment theses and research views.
