Job summary

World Health Organization seeks an experienced consultant to support Green Climate Fund proposal development for Unitaid. The role requires coordinating inputs from countries, partners and technical teams to deliver an investment-ready Funding Proposal aligned with GCF requirements.

Qualifications

Advanced university degree in international development, public health, climate change, or related field.
Additional qualification in climate finance, development finance, project management or climate/health topics.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in consulting, programme management or global health.
Proven track record in proposal development and multi-stakeholder coordination.
Experience with multi-country programmes and donor funding processes.
Expert knowledge of English; intermediate knowledge of French is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead proposal development, coordination of inputs, and consolidation into a funding proposal.
Maintain workplan, track milestones, risks and dependencies across workstreams.
Coordinate country engagements, partners, and stakeholders to ensure timely contributions.
Support quality assurance, review, and finalisation of the GCF Funding Proposal.
Prepare monthly progress reports and coordinate responses during review by funders.
