Reboot Monkey is building a world-class Data Center Technician recruiting program for the Asia-Pacific region. The role focuses on identifying, screening, and onboarding skilled DCTs across India, Southeast Asia, East Asia, and Oceania.

You will conduct hands-on technical interviews and manage a regional pool with location, skill level, availability, and reliability scores, ensuring top talent supports 24/7 datacenter operations.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience.
• Ability to conduct technical interviews and assess hands-on datacenter skills.
• Knowledge of DC infrastructure: structured cabling, server racking, cross-connects, PDUs, environmental monitoring.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Organized and detail-oriented—managing regional DCT database requires precision.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, databases, or ATS tools to track candidates.

Aufgaben

• Source, screen, and recruit Data Center Technicians across APAC facilities.
• Conduct technical screening interviews — assess hands-on DC skills.
• Build and maintain a vetted DCT pool organized by location, skill level, availability, and reliability score.
• Verify technician credentials: certifications, references, and work history.
• Create and maintain DCT skill assessments and practical evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate onboarding of new DCTs: facility access, safety protocols, SOP training.
• Track DCT performance after deployment — build a feedback loop with the operations team.
• Continuously expand DCT coverage to new markets and facilities in the region.
• Manage relationships with DCT staffing agencies where used.
• Maintain our DCT database with up-to-date availability, skills, and performance ratings.
