Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Remote Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support a customer project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You will apply accounting judgment to evaluate AI-generated outputs and training data.

Experience in AI training or human-data work is required. You will review statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close workpapers, and provide clear corrections with rationale.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on accounting experience with financial reporting.
• Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and statements.
• Familiarity with multiple ERP/financial systems and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and journal entries.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end workpapers.
• Identify and correct accounting errors with clear rationale.
• Assess workflows across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accuracy.
• Support transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
