F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG in Basel is launching a two-year One Product Development Regulatory (PDR) Early Talent Program. It provides foundational regulatory experience through hands-on assignments, with mentorship and learning solutions across therapeutic areas.

Early exposure includes Health Authority interactions and regulatory document preparation, with potential rotation into other functions. Start date is May 2027 with full-time hours, and two positions are available.

Qualificações

• You hold a degree (B.Sc., M.Sc., or PhD) in a life sciences, biological sciences, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or related field before the start of the program.
• No more than 1 year of relevant past pharmaceutical experience post last degree.
• Basic understanding of drug development and entry level understanding of the role of a regulatory professional.

Responsabilidades

• Actively build foundational regulatory experience through your work on regulatory projects with the appropriate mentorship.
• Take ownership of your learning and development, actively seeking to understand drug development and regulatory roles, and engaging in knowledge sharing and peer support.
• Improve prioritization and time management skills while spending significant time on-site at the Roche office.
