Zusammenfassung

EY in Bern is seeking a highly organized professional to join the Private Hub team with a 50% workload. The role sits at the intersection of regional leadership support, business development and account coordination, supporting the Regional Leader for Berne and senior client stakeholders.

You will actively enable business development initiatives, coordinate events and budgets, manage travel requests and prepare reports.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree completed.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder collaboration.
• Collaborative, proactive and reliable working style.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Aufgaben

• Support regional leadership meetings with prep of materials and reports.
• Coordinate internal strategy meetings and offsites.
• Plan and support external events, Alumni, and flagship events.
• Monitor expenses and evaluate event proposals.
• Coordinate travel requests and annual budget proposals.
• Schedule account team meetings and support nomination processes.
• Assist evacuation/crisis management in coordination with leadership.
