Qualifications

• Completed vocational training with additional sales training or courses.
• Experience in rail transportation.
• Structured, solution-oriented and responsible work style.
• Good written and spoken German; French desirable; Italian or English advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop new transport offers and sales concepts to grow the RU's offering and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and optimize timetables and routes for the RU's trains, ensuring connections, capacity and timing.
• Collaborate with other RUs, transport associations and authorities for smooth coordination and efficient infrastructure use.
• Oversee operational project implementation, ensure on-time billing, and achieve targets and quality standards.
