ABB Smart Buildings in Schaffhausen is seeking a tester to set up and execute tests for diverse products in line with standard methodologies and requirements. You will document test results and support test plan execution onsite.

You will collaborate with external certification inspectors, hold a bachelor’s degree or Techniker HF in electrical engineering, and bring fluent German with strong communication skills. English is an advantage.

Qualifikationen

• You hold a bachelor’s degree or Techniker HF in electronical or electrical engineering.
• You have knowledge of instrumentation and electrical systems.
• You are qualified in executing buildup of set up and system of testing.
• You have a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Fluent German skills (spoken and written); English skills are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Set up and execute tests for different products in accordance with standard testing methodologies and requirements.
• Document test results properly and clearly.
• Support in the planning and implementation of test plans.
• Identify and suggest solutions related to product non-conformities.
• Assist external certification inspectors during testing activities for ABB or external customer products.
