In this role, you’ll work with cross-functional R&D teams to optimize processes, design and test new production equipment, and calibrate state-of-the-art sensors.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, physics, or related technical field.
• Strong ownership and ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams.
• Hands-on equipment skills and strong data analysis expertise; professional experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in German (C1) and English.

Responsibilities

• Optimize existing processes to improve efficiency, robustness, and production quality.
• Develop innovative production processes for calibrating state-of-the-art high-tech sensors.
• Analyze data to drive continuous improvement with cross-functional R&D teams within Sensirion.
• Design, build, and test custom equipment - from prototype through series production.
